Admission

$20.00 - General Admission - One entry includes two (2) drink tickets, BBQ tasting and three (3) voting tickets.
$500.00 - Barbeque Team Fee -The team fee includes thawed ribs and sausage (provided by Arthur Bryant’s) and four (4) participant entries.
$500.00 - BBQ Sponsor - BBQ Sponsors will have signage advertisement, as well as 15 General Admission entries to the event.
$1,000.00 - SOLD! Live Music Sponsor - The live music sponsor will have signage advertisement, as well as 15 General Admission entries to the event.
$1,500.00 - SOLD! Industry Awards Event Sponsor- The Industry Awards sponsor will have signage advertisement, as well as 30 General Admission entries to the event.

Don't have to be a KCASA member to attend! Pay online or at the gate!

*PLEASE REGISTER EACH INDIVIDUAL ATTENDING, IF YOU ARE ABLE. If not, we will email you to ask your team name and names of your individual participants prior to the event.

Timeline

7 am - Gates open for Barbeque Teams (only)
2 pm - General Admission gates open
2 pm - 4:30pm - LIVE MUSIC
5:00 pm - Barbeque voting ends
5:30pm - Barbeque Team Awards
6:00 - 7:00pm - Industry Awards

Rules

Gates open at 7am to BBQ teams
Use any BBQ grill(s) that can fit in your teams 20 ft. X 20 ft. designated area
ONE BITE CHALLENGE – each GA visitor will drop their voting tickets in their favorite team’s voting bin.
